This Privacy Notice explains how Uplorna, part of Calvenor Capitals Limited, handles personal information collected through this website and its enquiry forms.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect the information you provide, including your name, mobile number or email address, current study level, preferred destination and question. If you use Quick Assessment, you may also choose to provide an academic transcript. Please do not send passport numbers, financial details, medical information or other highly sensitive information through the website.

How we use your information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand the support you are seeking, arrange a consultation, explain available next steps and maintain reasonable records of our communication. We do not use your enquiry to make decisions about you automatically.

Form, document storage and WhatsApp

Website enquiries and any optional academic transcript sent through Quick Assessment are stored in Uplorna’s hosting environment for the purpose of handling the enquiry. Quick Assessment records and documents are stored outside the publicly accessible website directory and are intended only for the team handling your request. After submitting a form, WhatsApp may open with a summary ready for review and sending; documents are not included in that WhatsApp message. If you choose to communicate through WhatsApp, its own privacy practices also apply.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only when reasonably necessary to provide the support you request, to comply with applicable law, or when you ask us to communicate with a relevant service provider. We will explain any meaningful sharing connected to your case before it happens.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, maintain records, resolve concerns and meet applicable legal obligations.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you, request correction, or ask us to delete information where applicable. To do so, email hello@uplorna.com and include enough information for us to identify your enquiry safely.
